Rod Cedaro: Rod
has a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and an Australian Coaching Council Level III
accreditation. This coupled with a long history in elite triathlon and marathon running
makes Rod one of the most qualified and experienced multi-sport coaches in the world. His
recent involvement with the IOC and ITU shows the regard in which he is held at the
highest levels of the sport.
Rod is a former Australian Ironman Triathlon Champion, placed 5th at the 1991 World
Duathlon Championship, and twice won the Brisbane City Marathon.

One of the most talented surf athletes of all time, Guy won the 1995-96 Uncle Toby's
Series in the most decisive fashion ever, and repeated the feat in and 1997-98. A fierce
all round competitor Guy has also dabbled in triathlon over the last couple of years
including winning age-group National titles. One of the best open water swimmers on the
professional Ironman circuit (he's got a still-water PB for 1500m of 16.00 minutes!), Guy
is available to answer all your swimming related questions. |

Jonathan Hall:
Without doubt the most talented multi-sport cyclist in the world today.
"Jono" came initially from a running background, played around for a while with
duathlons (winning the 1997 World Duathlon Championships in Gernika, Spain), discovered he
was a truly talented cyclist and went on to represent Australia at an international level
on the bike finishing 7th at the Time Trial World Championships in 1997. Jono now races
for the European professional road cycling team Festina. Jono, (when he's not racing
through the French Alps) will be available to answer any of your cycle training related
questions. |

Dr. Brian McLean:
AIS sports biomechanist working for the Australian national cycling team, including
Australia's Europe-based professional cyclists such as Stuart O'Grady and Henk Vogels.
Brian's AIS involvement also includes advising Australia's Olympic targetted triathletes,
such as Brad Beven. If you want to get your riding position just right, Brian's the man to
talk to! Any technical information regarding equipment choice (e.g. Disc wheels versus
composition versus spoked wheels) - Brian has all the answers. |
